"Laban Movement Analysis and Intra- and Interpersonal Relationships" by Hugo Magalhães

The workshop on Laban Movement Analysis and Intra- and Interpersonal Relationships aimed to promote awareness and understanding of interactions with oneself and among other participants during the practice of dance.

During the workshop, practical exercises and activities were conducted, emphasizing the exploration of choreological concepts. The goal of this practice was to challenge participants to gain a deeper understanding of the intra- and interpersonal relationships present in dance through bodily movement.
